Vaccine Mandate Update
Effective October 11, 2022 at the Board meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the recommendation to suspend Board Policy (BP) 5215 COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement for students and BP 7325 SARS-CoV-2 Vaccination Program for employees, and to authorize the Chancellor to revive this policy as public health guidelines require. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination will not be required to apply for the 2023 Spring Term
Submitting Your Vaccination Status
Enter your Webadvisor ID under this format (WebadvisorID@student.sac.edu) to log in.
Enter your birthdate to confirm your personal information.
Click on "Enter my COVID-19 Vaccination Information" button.
Enter the information as instructed.
You have now submitted your vaccination information!
Please allow 7-10 days for vaccine verification to be updated.
To confirm your information has been received, log into portal and review under “Medical Clearances".
Create a Digital Vaccination Card
You can create a digital vaccination card via
https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov. This will allow you to easily upload proof of vaccination.
