This Canvas workshop presents plans and steps you can take to increase your chances of job success. It covers skills to help you become successful in your job, your lifestyle, and self-management choices. It also includes how to get along with supervisors and coworkers and how to ensure your job heads in the right direction.

For each pathway, we link your interests to careers, salaries, job outlooks, skills, and the education you'll need to meet your goals. The assessment is a quick 5-10 minutes to start planning the next steps in your life and links to SAC's CAP majors and programs.

Service Learning OrientationsThe Service Learning Program provides volunteer opportunities for Santa Ana College students at various community agencies. Service Learning placements are tied to course curriculum requirements (i.e. Nursing, Education, U-Link, etc.) or student s may volunteer independently to explore careers in their majors. Students who volunteer 100+ hours over a period of 12 months at a registered non-profit agency can either receive the U.S President's Volunteer Service Award or the Santa Ana College President's Volunteer Service Award. Please email Service_Learning@sac.edu with your Name, 7-Digit SAC Student ID number, and your availability to schedule an orientation. Orientations will be offered both in-person and via zoom. |
