The Santa Ana College Business Applications & Technology (BA) Department is an official testing site for Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification testing.
The Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification program is a training and certification program that verifies a user’s computer skills using the Microsoft Office applications. Upon successful completion of a hands-on exam, the user is issued a certificate by Microsoft Corporation. The Microsoft Office Specialist exams include Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

How can you prepare for the tests?
The BA Microsoft Office classes help you prepare to take the exams at the end of the semester including FREE practice tests prior to taking an exam.
What are the tests like?
The tests are not written tests. They are hands-on projects with approximately 40 questions for a maximum of 50 minutes.You need 80% to pass.
