Anyone 18 or older living in California can take our Active Adult classes.

These classes are designed with older adults in mind. The topics, teaching methods, and classroom settings work well for people in midlife and beyond who want to keep learning

Yes. Our classes are 100% tuition-free. If you choose, you can purchase materials/items for class projects and activities. (For example, you might want to use a Yoga mat in an exercise class.)

After you register, your teacher will contact you with two ways to join:

Option 1: Click the Zoom link your teacher emails you

Option 2: Access your class through Canvas

Both work from your computer, tablet, or phone.

Check your email for details from your teacher before your class starts.

You can email your teacher any time. When you register, you'll receive their contact information. If you're taking an online class, you can also message your teacher directly in Canvas.

Some teachers use other ways to stay in touch too! They'll let you know on the first day of class.
