Complete the U2 Scholars Program Application.
Attend a U2 Scholars Program Orientation during that semester
Completing the application and attending an orientation is needed to become officially enrolled into the program.
Returning students in the program must also attend an orientation each semester to maintain "active" status.
Meet with the U2 Scholars Counselor each semester to receive and update their educational plan.
Follow the educational plan created by the U2 Scholars Counselor.
Enroll in and complete a minimum of 6 units per semester.
Have a minimum of a 2.0 GPA and complete coursework each semester with a minimum 2.50 GPA.
Complete and submit grade checks as requested to the U2 Scholars Program.
Participate in a minimum of three (3) activities organized and/or approved by the U2 Scholars Program (such as virtual Black History Month events, campus tours, cultural field trips, presentations, and workshops).
Utilize a minimum of one (1) support service promoted by the U2 Scholars Program(such as tutoring, study groups, and various Transfer Center & Career Center workshops).
Submit a completed U2 Scholars Program Checklist to the program coordinators by the due date specified.
Respond in a timely manner to all communication (mail, email, phone, etc.) sent by the U2 Scholars Program staff.
Notify the U2 Scholars Program coordinator(s) of any changes in the class schedule, academic major, address, student ID #, phone number, or personal status.
Complete the FAFSA, Board of Governors Grant (BOGG), or Dream ACT Cal Grant each year that a student is in the program.
