In this intermediate/advanced class, you'll build upon the exercises taught in Tai Chi I and learn the traditional Yang style Tai Chi solo forms, the partner form, and the fast form, along with self-defense applications and stretching and breathing exercises. Prerequisite: Must have completed Tai Chi I: Basic Exercises or some previous experience with Tai Chi exercises.
