Guest Tickets for Commencement
What You Need to Know
- Each graduate will receive 6 free tickets for guests.
- Everyone age 2+ needs a ticket (except graduates)
- Each ticket will have its own unique scanning pattern. Once a ticket has been scanned, it is no longer valid. You will not be able to duplicate tickets
- The College does not condone selling of tickets and are not liable for sold tickets
Accessing Your Tickets
- Tickets will be distributed on May 19th.
Using Your Tickets at Commencement Check-In
- Show tickets on your phone OR print them out
- Each ticket can only be used once
- Guests exiting the stadium will not be allowed in without using a different unused QR code. No in and out privileges.
- All guests must have tickets to enter the ceremony
FAQ
No, a graduating student will not need a ticket. However, graduates need to register for the ceremony. Graduates are required to wear a cap and gown and present identification day of the ceremony.
Each graduate is allocated 6 tickets. You may ask other graduates to provide you with their extra tickets.
Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person via email. Each ticket has a unique QR code and can only be used once.
