      ​The course includes 45 hours of lecture and 27 hours of shop work. You will learn the basics of auto repair and maintenance, including general vehicle maintenance including engine tune-up repair. You will also learn best practice safety procedures and the basics of vehicle systems.​

      This class is held at the Lincoln Education Center in Garden Grove. After completing the above course, you can transition to Santa Ana College’s Automotive Technology Certificate Program​​.​​​​
