Class One: Lower Body Strength & Balance
This class focuses on building muscle, strength and balance specifically in the lower body. Areas targeted will be the lower back, buttocks, legs and ankles.
Class Two: Strength and Balance - The Whole Body
Through a variety of exercises that include the use of mats, weights, resistance bands and household items students will have an opportunity to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups. Strength and Conditioning will help in the development of lean muscles and balances your strength with your flexibility. Class is appropriate for both men and women. This class welcomes all levels fitness for all individuals.

Step 1: Register for the Active Adults Online program below. (You only need to register one time to have access to all of our class offerings.)
Step 2: You will receive an email confirmation. Click on the link to activate your account.
Step 3: When classes begin on August 24th, login to the Active Adults Portal and start taking classes.
