Build strength, stamina and coordination with Exercise Mixology. All levels are welcome! In each class we will do the following activities:
- Aerobic exercises
- Strength building exercises
- Balance and Coordination exercises
Tuesday: 6:00 to 7:40 AM
Thursday: 6:00 to 7:40 PM
Friday: 10:30 to 12:10
Sunday: 8:30 to 10:10 AM
Chair, Sweat Towel, Floor Mat for floor exercises, Comfortable Clothes, Water for Hydration, Golf Ball for Foot Massage and for Strength (weights or 2 water bottles or 2 cans of food)
Celia has been a part-time fitness Instructor for 21 years. She graduated with a B.S. degree in kinesiology and completed the balance and mobility training program created by Debra Rose, PhD, at the Center for Successful Aging from California State Fullerton in 1999. She has had a 26-year career with the County of Orange, where she started as a Pharmacy Technician and presently an Education Services Coordinator. Her greatest passion is to inspire people to live healthy and be a good citizen. She instills her passion working part-time with active adults in throughout Orange County.
