Jenny Barrington - Art Soul Instructor
Born and raised in Orange County, California, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, with a major in fine arts and minor in digital arts. She has continued to pursue her love of art by refining her skills in drawing (pencil, pen and charcoal), and painting (acrylic, oil, and watercolor). She is self-taught in crafts such as crochet and sewing, and has been experimenting with upcycling, repurposing, and holistic art. In addition to being an arts and crafts instructor, she has an instructional art channel and online arts and crafts store.

Abby Constantino - Yoga for Relaxation Instructor
Abby has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She received her training from Ram Bhakt, founder of Long Beach School of Yoga. She is a nurse and a substance abuse counselor for the County of Orange. In her free time, she teaches yoga to female inmates in the correctional system. She creates an environment that enhances connection between mind, body, and soul. It is her passion and hope for others to find their true inner peace and happiness.

Celia Rubalcaba - Exercise Mixology Instructor
Celia has been a part-time fitness Instructor for 21 years. She graduated with a B.S. degree in kinesiology and completed the balance and mobility training program created by Debra Rose, PhD, at the Center for Successful Aging from California State Fullerton in 1999. She has had a 26-year career with the County of Orange, where she started as a Pharmacy Technician and presently an Education Services Coordinator. Her greatest passion is to inspire people to live healthy and be a good citizen. I instills her passion working part-time with active adults in throughout Orange County.

Dr. Bang Lang Do - Music Play Instructor Dr. Bang Lang Do has been a music teacher for over 25 years at Universities, Community Colleges and community music schools. She plays the piano, accordion, ukulele, electric bass, zither, flute and drum. Jazz, Contemporary Classical music, and the 1960s and 1970s are her favorite styles. She is also a teacher in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, with publications on the brain and learning. She loves interdisciplinary shows, sketching, dance, eating, writing and QiGong.

Nirali Thakker - Art for Beginners
 Nirali studied Fine Arts at Parsons School of Design, New York, earned a Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Painting from M.S.University, India. She has been teaching art for last 14 years. She has taught art and art history as part time faculty at Art Institute of California, Santa Ana College, North Orange County Community College District and California Miramar University. She loves to watch her students get creative and improve their confidence in their self expression.

Guadalupe Salgado - Brain Health & Quarantine Kitchen
Guadalupe Salgado received her Master’s of Science degree in Gerontology from California State University Long Beach with a research emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Alzheimer’s Disease. She has been in education for over six years and is passionate about lifelong learning for all. Guadalupe strongly believes in the power of education and the positive impact recreational learning can have on the lives of students.
