This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list was announced on November 5th, 2025, and can currently be viewed on Newsweek’s website.
America’s Top Online Colleges 2026 were identified through an independent survey which included over 10,000 participants. Colleges and universities that offer online degree programs, to learners who want to obtain an academic degree, including hybrid programs with online and offline courses or exams participated in the survey which highlighted the following parameters: Overall Satisfaction, Institutional Indicators, Overall Recommendation, Organization & Accessibility, Support & Service, Cost of Program, Organizational Reputation, Expected Success, and Practical Relevance of Contents.
