Santa Ana College is proud to offer innovative registered apprenticeship pathways designed to prepare aspiring educators through structure on the job training and academic instruction. Our programs allow apprentices to gain real world experience, earn wages, and complete college coursework at the same time. Through strong employer partnerships and dedicated student support, apprentices build meaningful careers while making an impact in their communities.

Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program (ECEAP)
Program length: 18 months
Application accepted: Spring and Fall semesters
Prepare for careers in infant, toddler, and preschool education serving children ages 0-6. Develop the skills needed to support young leaners and families.

Bilingual Educator Apprenticeship Program (BEAP)
Program length: 24 months
Application accepted: Fall semester
Designed for future Bilingual educators who want to support multilingual learners in afterschool and school-aged settings.

- Culturally responsive teaching
- Language development
- Reading, writing and speaking
- Student engagement
- After school program leadership
- Lesson planning
