Escape the heat and breathe in the fresh mountain air when we travel to Big Bear Lake, the charming mountain town nestled in the beautiful pine forests atop the San Bernardino Mountains (elevation 6,700 feet). All aboard the paddlewheel boat, Big Bear Queen, for a narrated cruise on Big Bear Lake. Your boat captain is a Big Bear native and life-long resident and provides extensive narration about Big Bear Valley’s history and folklore, including the solar observatory, Garstin Island, celebrity homes, the story of the Four Dams and more. Enjoy time at leisure in the Bavarian-style, Big Bear Vil­lage to browse the shops and enjoy lunch on your own at a variety of casual eateries – each offering outdoor dining. This tour involves moderate walking and driving on mountain roads. 

IMPORTANT: Must Be Vaccinated to Participate in this Tour

Big Bear Lake Escape departing on September 25, 2021 will operate with a requirement that all guests (along with the tour director and driver) be fully vaccinated and prepared to show such proof of vaccination to the tour director and any venues that may also require it.
