Description:

Start a lucrative career in commercial truck driving. This course is approved by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Participants enrolled in this entry-level driver training (ELDT) program will receive 10 weeks of instruction. Topics include basic and advanced operation practices, safety procedures, and utilizing industry-standard equipment. Students completing 160 hours of teaching are eligible to take the written exam and the commercial driver's license test through the Department of Motor Vehicle.
