Registration & Academic Advising Workshop - New & Returning Student Course Selection
Do you want help signing up for college classes? Then this workshop is for you!
In this workshop, you’ll be in a small group with other students (about 15 people). A counselor will lead the group.
First, you’ll hear about:
How much college costs and how to get money to help pay for college (financial aid)
How to sign up for your classes and which English and Math classes are right for you
Then, you’ll get to talk to the counselor one-on-one for a few minutes to help you plan your first two semesters at college.
If you come in person, the workshop will be at Santa Ana College in room L-223.
If you choose the online workshop, you will get a Zoom link after you sign
For High School Students:
If you are still in high school and want to take classes at Santa Ana College at the same time, please check the Dual Enrollment page on the college website.
For Students with More Than 20 College Units:
If you have already taken more than 20 college classes, you should meet with a counselor in General Counseling. They will help you make a full plan for your college classes based on what you want to study.
Before your meeting, make sure you bring all your school records, like: Your transcripts, AP test scores, or any other papers that show what classes you have taken.
Workshops are limited to 15 students and you need a Santa Ana College ID to sign up
