In David’s Dignity and Respect recorded lecture, watch as he shares personal stories about his family and his experiences with students and staff as he has traveled the country. These stories, which all contain many lessons, helping participants to connect with those they teach, work, learn from and/or interact with every day. We ask that attendees watch the recording before coming to the live event on May 7th. (Link to recording coming soon.) In the live presentation on May 7th, David will intermix personal stories and provide alarming fact-based statistics about this generation and the disconnection they are experiencing. He will recommend resources for attendees and provide his 10 Ways to Connect with Students. By implementing just a few of these connection ideas, any adult can help the students they come into contact with to flourish in school and in life.
