How to request Adult High School Transcripts and/or Enrollment Verification.
All Transcript and/or Enrollment Verification requests must be in writing. You can request a transcript and/or enrollment verifications two ways, in person or by mail.
1. All Enrollment Verification requests will be processed on the spot (M-H 8:00am - 4:00pm)
$3.00 Charge for all Enrollment Verification Letter issued.
2. All Transcript requests will be processed on the spot (M-H 8:00am – 4:00pm)
The first two (2) Transcripts requested in a lifetime are complimentary.
$3.00 Charge after the first 2 free Transcripts issued.
3. Any Transcript or Enrollment verification request submitted after 4:00pm will be processed the following business day.
4. All fees are payable up front. Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, or money order. Please make a check or money order payable to RSCCD.
Official Adult High School transcripts may be ordered either in person and by mail.

To order by mail:
Write us a letter with all of the information listed below or print, fill out form and mail request to the address below. All request received by mail will be processed upon receiving the request. (We are not responsible for lost mail). CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD REQUEST FORM.
-Your name or other names used when you attended school
-Birth date – month, date, and year
-Student ID number
-Social Security Number (optional)
-Graduation Year or the approximate dates you attended.
-Let us know if you graduated in Santa Ana (SA) or Orange (OC)
-Number of copies needed
-Your current address, phone number, and preferably an email address (if you have one)
-State whether you prefer to receive the transcript or verification letter by mail or pick up in person
-If you want the transcript or verification letter mailed, make sure to provide your name and complete address
-Include a copy of your photo ID

Transcript/High School Diploma Pick Up Information:
The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), says the college will not release records to a third party (another person). Only students themselves may personally order or pick up a transcript or high school diploma.
If you cannot pickup up your transcript or high school diploma, you can arrange to have a third party (another person) pick it up for you. Please send us a letter with the name of that person, your complete name and student ID number, and a copy of your photo ID. When they come to our office they will need to present a photo ID.
Transcript ordered for pickup will be held for only 30 days. After 30 days, the transcripts will be destroyed. If your transcripts have been destroyed you will need to submit a new request and payment if it is pass the first 2 free copies.
Your official final grades for all the classes you took will be on your transcript approximately 2-3 weeks after the end of the semester.
