The OS Program is accepting applications on a rolling basis

We will begin accepting applications for Fall 2025 in November 2024
The program includes 126 semester units which includes 51 semester units of general education that are in alignment with the CSU-GE Breadth requirements and 75 semester units of coursework specific to Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Program Cost: $46.00 per unit for Lower Division course. $130 per unit for Upper Division course. See

Program Completion Time: The Baccalaureate Program in Occupational Studies takes two years to complete; as your COTA degree counts towards the first two years of the coursework. Any changes to the education plan without prior approval may result in the delay in graduation.

Requirements for application: This program is only available to students who have already received a degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited school.

The program is scheduled to meet the needs of the working adult with classes offered online, hybrid, and on campus evenings and Saturdays

There is financial aid available to help you be successful in the Occupational Studies program at Santa Ana College. Most students will qualify for some financial aid.
BOG Fee Waiver | Waivers the $46/units community college enrollment fee for low income students |
Middle Class Scholarship | Scholarship of between 10% and 40% of the tuition and fees for higher income students |
Pell Grant | Cash aid up to $5,815 to be used for school related expenses for low income students |
Cal Grant | Cash aid up to $1,670 to be used for school related expenses for low income students |
Direct Loans | Cash Aid up to $10,500. Available to most students |
