In an annual program, Santa Ana College offers over $150,000 in
scholarships to students enrolled in classes for the fall and spring
semesters of each academic year. Scholarships are available for both Santa
Ana College continuing students as well as graduating sophomores
transferring as juniors to a four-year college or university. All awards
are based on receipt of funding from our donors.
Basic guidelines for scholarship applications are current enrollment, a
minimum grade point average of between 2.0 and 3.5 reflected on the SAC
transcript, and completion of a minimum of 12 units. For specific
criteria to qualify for scholarships refer to the SAC Scholarship
Listing Book. The Scholarship Books are published in November and are
available in the Scholarship Office. The application is due in March.
Please contact Scholarships for the specific date. Each May, scholarship recipients
are announced at the Scholarship Awards Ceremony. At that time,
scholarship donors and recipients are honored by the college.
