What: |
The SBO Account
Request Form must be submitted to the Student Business Office in order
for any club/organization to establish a monetary account. |

Who: |
New clubs and
clubs who currently do not have accounts are encouraged to submit this
form prior to any fundraising activities. |

When: |
This form
should be submitted as soon as a club is activated through the
Inter-Club Council. |

Where: |
This form can
be picked up in the Student Business Office located on the second floor
of the Johnson Center building. |
| Why: |
Submitting this
form to the SBO will allow a club to open up an account for the purposes
of fundraising and activity expenditures. In addition, this form
provides documentation of the individuals authorized to sign on the
account. It is recommended that the club advisor, president and
treasurer sign the account request form. Having an account also
facilitates and expedites the transfer of funds awarded through ICC
Funding Proposals or ASG Senate Funding Proposals. Lastly, the SBO
serves as a non-partial third party in order to ensure that policies and
procedures are accurately being followed. |
