What: |
This packet
contains various documents that allow a club, its advisors and members,
to attend events away from Santa Ana College. |

Who: |
All
participants planning to attend and off campus event must fill out this
packet. |

When: |
All participant
packets must be turned in along with the Activity Approval/Permit for
Use of Facilities form to the Student Activities Office at least three
weeks prior to the event. |

Where: |
This packet can
be picked up and turned back into the Student Activities Office in
U-121-A. |
| Why: |
This packet
provides pertinent information regarding each participant on the event
that may be needed in cases of emergencies. In addition, the forms in
this packet will protect the participants in attendance, as well as
RSCCD. |
