Complete the FAFSA and mail it no later than March 2, 2006.  March 2nd is the deadline for mailing the FAFSA to be considered for the State Cal Grant, B and C programs.  New Cal Grant applicants must also mail the completed GPA Verification Form to the CA Student Aid Commission no later than March 2nd.

Note:  Students may still complete the FAFSA after March 2nd and will still be considered for financial aid at Santa Ana College.  However, the March 2nd deadline must be met to be considered for Cal Grant Programs

April - May

Once the FAFSA has been processed by the processing center (usually within four to six weeks after mailing the FAFSA), a Student Aid Report (SAR) will be mailed to the student and all colleges listed on the FAFSA will receive the student's record.  As we receive processed FAFSA records, a packet of supplemental forms will be mailed to students beginning in April.  The deadline to submit the supplemental forms for priority consideration for financial aid at RSCCD is August 31, 2006.
