Our Child Development Center is accredited with the
National Association of the Education of Young Children.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Our program is funded by the California Department of Education. and is provided at no cost to low-income student parents at Santa Ana College, Santiago Canyon College, Orange Adult Learning Center and to non-student low-income families living in Orange. The program is operated on a non-discriminatory basis.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT: We provide many opportunities for parents to participate in the program. This gives the children a feeling of belonging and a sense of pride in what their parents contribute.

THE ENVIRONMENT: We provide an environment where children's creativity and cognitive abilities are encouraged and nurtured. Where dignity, integrity and responsibility are important and where teachers and parents work together to help each child grow to his/her full potential.
