Course Description The study of issues faxing
communities and ways individuals can become involved in solving
community problems. Introduces the study of communities in theory and
practice: forces shaping past and present communities and issues
defining contemporary communities. This course will facilitate the
understanding of human beings as integrated physiological, psychological
and social entities within the context of communities and the process of

Requirements for applications and plug-ins depend on the types of
files a user needs to view from Blackboard. Some of the most common:
Microsoft Office applications or viewers, Adobe Acrobat Reader,
RealPlayer, QuickTime, Flash Player.
You will need to have
prior Internet and E-mail experience before you take this course. If
you do not have access to a computer, you may use the Academic Computing
Center or Library during their operating hours. The resources in these
labs meet the course resource requirements and there is technical
support available.

Orientation Meeting
The
purpose of the orientation is to familiarize the user with the
Blackboard Program. All meetings are at the Santa Ana Campus.
Monday, June 13 at 7 to 9 pm in
room L-225 SAC campus.
