Welcome to Santa Ana College Faculty Development Office. 

Our office provides faculty with  the following primary functions: 

• Processing and monitoring departmental portfolio projects.
• Facilitating the scheduling of in-house professional workshops for flex weeks and throughout the year.
• Coordinating new faculty orientations and related workshops.
• Facilitating the selection of annual faculty awards
• Disseminating general information on faculty development opportunities.
