The Transfer Mentor Program offers Santa Ana College students a unique opportunity to develop a relationship with a SAC alumnus, who is attending UCI or CSUF. The Alumni will serve as mentors and share their experiences, perspective and wisdom regarding, transfer, university life, career choices, goals, and resources.

The program aims to facilitate navigation of the transfer process and promote the retention of transfer students at universities. It offers financial support to participants in the way of a book scholarship. Mentees will receive $500 for books and expenses at the end of the program for use at their transfer campus.
