Is designed for those persons who are divorced, widowed, or separated and who need assistance in obtaining or upgrading employment. Emphasis is placed on nontraditional career options for women.

Provides encouragement, assistance, counseling, seminars, women in transition support groups, career planning, and counseling and information to any person resuming his or her education.
