Career & Job Resource Center
The Santa Ana College Career/Job Resource Center offers
access to computerized and hard copy information on careers,
training programs, and job placement services as well as
workshops. Individuals and entire classes can utilize the center
to explore careers keyed to interests, skills, personality, and
values. Information is available on employment trends and
salaries locally, and internationally.
The Career/Job Resource Center provides all the resources
necessary for students to find a satisfying major, set career
goals, and obtain successful employment.
Free Workshops
The workshops assist currently enrolled students and recent
graduates of SAC in obtaining part or full-time employment in
the community. Additional workshops are designed specifically to
assess student's career interests and provide decision-making
information, which can lead to more effective educational goals
associated with various majors.
Employment Preparation Workshops are offered on an ongoing
basis in the following areas:
- Undecided major
- Resume Preparation
- Interview Skills
- Job Search Techniques
- Personality Inventory
Job Search
The Career/Job Resource Center provided employment services
and job referrals for currently registered Santa Ana College
students.
