  • Math N05 or N06 – Basic / Essential Mathematics (Not degree applicable)
    Reviews whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percents, geometric formulas, and signed numbers.
    Math N05 is open entry/open exit and uses lectures, self-paced computer assisted instruction.
     
  • Math N47 or Math N48 – Pre-Algebra / Algebra Basics (Not degree applicable)
    For students who have little or no previous algebra experience. Offers an introduction to basic algebra concepts, math vocabulary, algebraic operations.
     
  • Math 060 - Elementary Algebra (Degree applicable / Not university transferable)
    The first course in algebra. Includes solutions and applications for first and second degree equations; geometric concepts; graphs; inequalities; exponents, polynomials, algebraic fractions, and functions.
     
  • Math 070 – Geometry (Degree applicable / Not university transferable)
    Basic Euclidean geometry. Includes concepts of lines, planes, triangles, congruence, proofs, inequalities, parallel lines, similarity, areas, and volumes.
     
  • Math 080 – Intermediate Algebra (Degree applicable / Not university transferable)
    Systems of equations; inequalities, radicals, quadratic, exponential and logarithmic functions, problem solving, conic sections.
