Math Assessment
The Math Diagnostic Testing Project (MDTP) has four different levels. Choose the level you feel you are best prepared to take. Sample questions are available for each test.
MATH test scores are only valid for one year. If you took the math test more than one year prior to the date you registered and you did not take a math class during that year, you will need to retest.
If your test results determine that you need to build your math skills, you will need to follow the pre-college math sequence until you reach college level math. If you your results place you into college level math, your math class will depend on your major. Please see a counselor for further details.
