There are two ways to complete an application:
1)  Apply Online
Internet Explorer is required to use the online application process.  Click here to apply online. 
You are required to print and sign the Signature Page and MAIL, FAX (714) 564-6455, or HAND CARRY this page to the Admissions Office. 

2)  Apply in person at the Admissions Office
      Monday - Thursday:     8:00am - 6:45pm
      Friday:                        8:00am - 4:30pm
