Students may obtain an Official
transcript of records by filing in person, accessing the web, or
mailing a request to the Admissions and Records Office.
Only current students can access their unofficial
transcript by
using the
WebAdvisor/Online Records.

Santa Ana College
has retained Credentials Inc. to accept transcript
orders online via a secure website. If you do not have access to the Internet
or for additional questions or services regarding an online request, call
Credentials Inc. at 847-446-1027.

This is an online EXPRESS
service
An Express request is processed within 24 working hrs. M-TH 8:00am-5:00pm. Transcripts
are mailed thru regular first class mail.

Because Santa Ana College does not hold transcript
requests, please understand that they are sent as is. Make sure all
of your grades are posted online when
you turn in your transcript request. You may check
your grades by logging onto our
WebAdvisor/Online Records.

We do have overnight delivery.

We cannot process transcripts over the weekends or
when the college is closed.
STUDENTS CANNOT REQUEST A
"FREE" TRANSCRIPT THROUGH THE ONLINE SERVICE.
2) MAIL IN TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS:
To have your transcript sent from Santa Ana College, you must provide written authorization
and your signature to release your records.
Transcript request forms are available online or at the Santa Ana College Admissions
Office.
A non-express request can be
sent within 7-10 working days, the cost is $3.00 per copy.

Acrobat Reader plug-in. You only need to send in one
completed copy of the form. Please make sure that the form is
legible and that you provide a complete address of where the transcript is
to be mailed.
Fill out the form completely, including
your signature. Remember to include a fee payment, when necessary.

current name and all other names used
while in attendance

transcript is to be sent

3) REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT IN PERSON: Processed
immediately at the Santa Ana College Admissions window.
Transcripts will be issued/released for EXPRESS service with all of

SENDING
SOMEONE TO PICK UP YOUR TRANSCRIPT:
If you need to send someone to pick up your transcript you must fill out
the
Transcript Request Form (PDF) for the official transcript.
Along with this form you must also give the individual picking up your
transcript a second document indicating to us that you are giving us
permission to hand over your transcript to them. You may use the
following example:
I, ______print your name here______________ authorize Santa Ana
College to release my official transcript(s) to ___print your
friend’s name here .

This document should have the same date on
both request forms, which has to be the date you are allowing the
person to pick up the transcript. You should instruct your friend that
they will need to bring their own photo ID
along with a copy of you the requestors ID with them when they
present these two documents to us otherwise we will not release your
transcript. If your record has hold we will not release your
transcript.
