    Continuing Education is partnering with the Santa Ana College music department! ​

    The following classes are offered in-person at Santa Ana College through June 9th.

    ​Chamber Choir & Concert​​ Chorale

    Section #40841 - Concert Chorale - 7:00-10:10 PM - Tuesday - SAC N-117
    		​This semester, the choir will be performing selections from Gilbert and Sullivan’s “Pirates of Penzance.” Singers will learn their assigned voice parts (soprano, alto, tenor, or bass). 
    ​Chamber Orchestra
    		Section #40843 - 6:00-9:10 PM - Wednesday - SAC N-114 
    		​This ensemble practices and performs classical and contemporary music for string orchestra. Students should bring their violin, viola, cello, or bass to every rehearsal. 
    ​​Concert Band
    		Section #​40842 - 6:35-9:55 PM - Tuesday - SAC N-114 ​
    		​This ensemble practices and performs classical and contemporary music for a wind ensemble. Woodwind and brass players should bring their instruments to every rehearsal. Percussionists will use department instruments. 
    ​Guitar Ensemble

    		​This ensemble practices and performs classical and contemporary guitar music. Students should bring their guitars to every rehearsal. Sheet music will be provided.
    ​Jazz Ensemble​

    		​This ensemble rehearses and performs big band jazz music. Woodwind, brass, and rhythm players should bring their instruments to every rehearsal. Percussionists will use department instruments. 
    ​Mariachi​
    		Section #40838 - 7:00-10:10 PM - Monday - SAC N-105 
    		​This ensemble practices and performs mariachi music. Strings and brass players should bring their instruments to every rehearsal. Some departmental instruments (e.g. guitarron) may be available.
