The Santa Ana College
Psychology Club was formed in 2001 to enhance the intellectual and
social environment of our department. We are
looking forward to many upcoming events, fundraisers, and social activities.
All students are invited to join the psychology club and/or participate in
our activities. See your psychology professor for more
information.
Psi Beta
is
the
national honors society in psychology for junior and community colleges. Lifetime
membership to Psi Beta is offered through our college chapter.
Requirements for Psi Beta membership are: a minimum of 3 completed units in
psychology with a grade of B or better and an overall GPA (in a minimum of
12 college units) of 3.0. Membership information available at
Psychology Club meetings or contact Dr. Ginger Osborne at (714)564-6555.

Our speaker is Cari Cannon, psychology teacher at Santiago Canyon College.
She is the author of the book How to Flunk Out of a Community College.
She obtained her BA in psychology at UCLA and her MS and PhD in experimental
psychology at Washington State University. You can actually check out her
