We can provide you with the necessary form to apply for your
certificate OR to lock into the program while your classes are in
progress.
Give us a call at 714-564-6404. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH
YOUR HOME ADDRESS – WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CERTIFICATES MAILED
TO JOB SITES! IF YOU PROVIDE US WITH A WORK ADDRESS, AND YOUR CERT
DOES NOT GET DELIVERED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 STATE FEE, NO
EXCEPTIONS!
