SAC CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

Clubs and organizations provide an opportunity for students with a common interest to form a membership group and develop activities and events that form a sense of community. Numerous cultural/ethnic, religious, special interest, honor societies, and academic student organizations are active during the fall and spring semesters.

INTER-CLUB COUNCIL (ICC)

The mission of the Inter-Club Council is to provide an opportunity for students, with a
common interest, to form a membership group which expresses that interest, and also
to provide an educational experience to gain practical knowledge of self-government. 
It is necessary for at least one member of each club to attend every meeting.

CLUB PURPOSE/MISSION STATEMENT
ALPHA GAMMA SIGMA HONOR SOCIETY

The mission of Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society shall be to promote and recognize academic excellence and to serve the school and community.
ANIME CIRCLE

 
Focuses on comprehension, study and practice of Japanese modern Anime pop culture and on bridging the way to the Anime society/culture with the goal of creating friendships/connections.
      ​CHRISTIAN STUDENTS AT SAC             The purpose of this organization is enjoying the Lord, singing, and studying Bible truths                   
CIRCLE K INTL. CLUB
The mission of this club is to promote service, leadership and fellowship skills as an internal collegiate community service organization.
CLUB APPLE
The mission of this club is to provide information, support, and guidance to students interested in pursuing a career in teaching.
CLUB MED @ SAC The purpose of this club shall be to help prospective medical students succeed in transferring and being prepared for the rigors of a STEM major with an emphasis in medicine.
COLLEGIATE ALLIANCE FOR POSITIVE ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP (CAPES)
                      
The purpose of this organization shall be to promote environmental stewardship.
COMMUNICATION STUDIES CLUB
The Santa Ana College Communication Studies Club is committed to enhance every individual's communication abilities with a positive and productive approach. Students in the club are devoted to provide leadership, guidance, and support for Santa Ana College and local communities.
EOPS LEADERSHIP CLUB



The purpose of this organization shall be to give students the opportunity to develop their leadership skills by promoting higher education, engaging in leadership opportunities, scholarship fundraisers, community participation, networking, sharing resources, and to provide members the opportunity for campus involvement.
​IMPROVING, DREAMS, EQUALITY, ACCESS & SUCCESS (IDEAS) CLUBThe purpose of this club is to support AB540 students.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ASSOCIATION
                      

The mission of this club is to increase international and community awareness of the academic richness and cultural diversity that international students bring to the campus and community.               
I-TEK CLUB
​The purpose of this club is for computer science students.
LATTER DAY SAINTS STUDENTS ASSOCIATION​The purpose of this club is to encourage and support members of the LDSSA in achieving their academic goals and maintaining a balanced life while on campus.
PHI THETA KAPPA HONOR SOCIETY

The purpose of the Alpha Beta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Santa Ana College shall be the promotion of scholarship, the development of leadership and service, and the cultivation of fellowship among qualified students of this college.
PHILOSOPHY DONS CLUB The purpose of the Philosophy Club is to engage in philosophical inquiry and to contribute to the vibrancy of the intellectual life of Santa Ana College.
PROFE'S DISCIPLES CLUB

The purpose of this club is to help homeless people and individuals in need that are in Santa Ana and surrounding cities.
PSI BETA / PSYCHOLOGY CLUB
The purpose of the Psi Beta/Psychology Club is to have fun applying psychology to every day life.

The mission of the Puente Club shall be to represent the underserved community in order to motivate and become successful individuals by promoting academic success, community service, and binding friendships.                
SAC ENGINEERING CLUB


The mission of the SAC Engineering Club is to encourage and prepare students for Engineering and STEM majors by providing opportunities in education, networking, leadership and volunteer experience.

SAC LITERARY JOURNAL

The purpose of the SAC Literary Journal Club shall be to provide an outlet for the creative voices in the Santa Ana community.
SAC MURAL TEAM 
​The purpose of the SAC Mural Team is to give students the opportunity to volunteer in mural class activities and club activities, for those who cannot make the hours of regular class.
SOCIETY OF HISPANIC PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS (SHPE)


The purpose of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers - SAC Student Chapter is to change lives by empowering the Hispanic community to realize its fullest potential through STEM awareness, access, support and development.
SOCIETY OF WOMEN ENGINEERS ​The purpose of the Society of Women Engineers Club is to further women to reach their full potential within the STEM fields.
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY ASSISTANTS CLUB (SLPA)



The mission of the Speech Language Pathology Assistants Club (SLPA) at Santa Ana College is to make long lasting connections among Speech Language Pathology Assistant students at SAC and to be a valuable resource for networking, support, partnership, and continued learning. Also, the purpose of this club is to actively promote the SLPA profession.

Santa Ana College Veterans Student Association (VSA) is an organization that provides students support and enables students to advance in their education and achieve career goals. This will be accomplished by effective networking and team building in both the academic and professional workplace. We build bridges between military and college life by fostering strong relationships throughout the college community and building camaraderie among the student body and veterans. We support ALL students, especially our brave veterans.
