Center for Teacher Education Information Sessions/*STEM Teaching Scholars Program

The Center for Teacher Education counselor will provide an overview of the teaching profession.  Additionally, the session will provide information on the many pathways to becoming a teacher, various program requirements, and career opportunities.  The first two sessions will also include information on the STEM Teaching Scholars Fieldwork Program.   We invite you to attend!

 STEM Teaching Fieldwork Experience

Students gain fieldwork experience through visits to local businesses.  Participation in these events generate excitement and awareness of the various STEM teaching career paths available.

CBEST Study Circles

CBEST study circles are free tutoring sessions for students planning to take the CBEST.  It specifically offers tutoring for the math and writing portions of the CBEST through a series of workshops.  Students are recommended to attend all of the sessions which are conducted by credentialed teachers.  The following study circles will be offered to prepare students for the May 4th CBEST test.
