What is Freshman Experience (FEP)?
Dedicated to helping new students succeed in college.
First-time freshmen at Santa Ana College are eligible to join this special program designed to increase student retention and success.
Freshman Experience (FEP) links classes together to provide a learning environment where students and teachers work closely together.
Instructors also work together as a team to visit each other’s classes and coordinate activities together.
What is Learning Communities II (LCII)?
Modeled after the Freshman Experience Program and is designed for second year students attending Santa Ana College.
Learning Communities II offers the same learning environment and high level of involvement towards student’s success as the Freshman Experience Program.
Instructors and students working closely together in Learning Communities II contributes to improved transfer rates.
Second year students may participate in Santa Ana College’s Learning Communities II Program.
