Course Description
The Physical Fitness for Law Enforcement Class is designed to prepare individuals physically. This course includes training in  the following areas:
 
  • Nutrition and weight control
  • Physical conditioning calisthenics
  • Weight room conditioning
  • Academy obstacle course preparation
  • Cardiovascular
 
This class is designed for both men and women and it is instructed by qualified professional staff. with completion of this four week  course and commitment to a fitness program, individuals will be ready for the academy's physical challenges and a career in law enforcement. 
 
To Register: Contact the Admissions Office at SAC or go online www.sac.edu click on the apply online link if you have never taken a class @ SAC/SCC. Click on register online if you have taken a class @ SAC/SCC before.
 
Hours: 16 (0.3 units)
 
Class fees: $ (13.80 registration fee and Summer health fee (15.00 )
                     (19.00 health fee for Fall/ Spring session)
 
Class Location: Orange County Sheriff's Regional Training Academy

Class Time: Tuesday and Thursday 6-8pm
