Forrest story, M.P.A, in Public Administration, has been with PSI for over 25 years. His expertise is in the area of supervision and customer service. Forrest was an Orange County administrator for many years early in his career and is now retired. His experience has given him great insights into, and understanding of, the many aspects of working, the working individual, and the interaction of the two. Forrest now has his own successful consulting/instructional business offering seminars throughout the U.S.	Forrest Story
Marilouise Carlisle's professional experience spans over 25 years in both the public and private sector. She is an expert in the field of organizational communication and specializes in two essential areas of workplace training and development: interpersonal communication and business writing skills. Ms. Carlisle has been with the PSI program for 11 years. She holds a Master's degree in Communication Studies from Cal State University, Long Beach, where she was recognized by the university for outstanding research in organizational communication. She also holds two MA degrees, one in Liberal Arts and one in Communications.	Marilouise Carlisle
Chris Tanner is an alumnus of Cal State U. at Fullerton, where he earned two degrees. His first BA is in business Administration with a dual concentration in Information Systems and Decision Sciences and Marketing. His second BA is in Communications with a concentration in Advertising. Besides working as a consultant for small businesses in the private sector, Chris has been with the PSI program for over 15 years. His expertise extends from office automation to web design and graphics. His courses with PSI are Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Webpage Development and Adobe Acrobat.	Christopher Tanner
Michael C. Brown, President of Michael C. Brown & Associates, has over 24 years of training and education in the management arena. Michael has been involved in the development, implementation and delivery of numberous managment and sales programs that have received critical acclaim. His is recognized by his peers and those who have attended his programs as one of the most dynamic, creative and business minded trainers and facilitatios in his field. He has been with the PSI program for over 5 years.	Michael C. Brown
Craig Breit, M.A. in Communications, is a professor of Radio-Television at Cerritos College, and also a part-time instructor at Santa Ana College. His area of expertise is in communications and he brings tremendous knowledge of Effective Communication, Cross-Cultural Communications, Assertion Training, Interviewing and Presentation Skills to the PSI program, where he has been a highly respected instructor for over 25 years. Dr. Shari Sweetnam is a nationally syndicated columnist of the popular column: "Ask Dr. Shari." Dr. Sweetnam hosts a weekly radio show out of the midwest and is host of the television version of "The Dr. shari Show" out of Hollywood, CA. She is the author of "Inspiring the Love of Learning" and Memory Techniques for Everyone." She has been a guest on radio and TV shows nationwide and was recently featured on the cover of "Today's Woman" magazine.	Dr. Shari Sweetnam
